Connecting Families through Play

Our play centre is a safe, semi-structured place for children to run and jump, play with toys, socialize and make new friends, take part in arts & crafts and storytime, sing songs and have a snack. Parents/caregivers enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where they can meet and network with other like-minded parents/caregivers over coffee & goodies, and be informed and connected with parenting workshops and other resources in the community.

Our special events are frequent, fun and involve a variety of activities including seasonal theme parties and pancake breakfast Mondays and T.G.I.F. lunch Fridays. Our library offers reading materials for anyone interested in learning something new or sharing a story. Visits from the Public Health Nurse and guest speakers provide our members with answers to health concerns and inspiration for maintaining a happy household. To help cover operating expenses, arts, carts & toys, fundraisers are regularly organized in fun and social settings around the area.
