Semiahmoo Party Space
Semiahmoo Party Space offers a spacious party place to plan events for your young ones or family & friend get-togethers!
We provide every party with 2 Party Facilitators—so that you can enjoy your party without worrying about the details. Our Party Facilitators will help with your party set-up & clean-up, guest arrival and guide the group through transitions. Photos will also be taken during your party and be given to you on CD after the party.
Please note that you (parents) are required to supervise the party goers and intervene should their behavior become unacceptable. Please also be reminded that there is absolutely no rough play allowed.
Your Party will include:
- Set-up & Clean up
- A Party Facilitator and a Party Leader
- Cups, Napkins, Cutlery & Plates
- Coffee & Tea + supplies for adults
- Plastic tablecloths and Party decorations
- Craft
- Photos of your party on CD

Semiahmoo Party Space rentals are an income-generating initiative of Semiahmoo Family Place, making us stronger to fulfill our mandate to Connect Families Through Play.
Base Price: $225.00 (Total including taxes = $236.25)
Please note that our maximum capacity is 50 persons (adults + children).
Saturday: 1:00pm—3:00pm or 4:00pm—6:00pm
We allow 15-30 mins before and after your booked party time for set-up and departure.
For example, if your party is from 1pm—3pm:
12:30pm You arrive for party set-up
1:00pm Guests arrive—Party starts
3:00pm Party ends
3:15pm Guests leave (This is a must, the staff must have time to prepare for the following party.)
- Socks or indoor shoes are to be worn by EVERYONE using our space. No bare feet.
- Any behaviour which our staff deem to be unlawful, disruptive, or objectionable, or potentially damaging to the SFP property or to other persons, shall be cause for refusal or revocation of admission or continued presence.
